Guys:

Get out there and have a good time. Be responsible, safe, blah-blah.
If you're grilling, I recommend Santa Maria's seasoning rub. The best
steak seasoning on the planet. Also, if you can get your hands on a
bottle of Chimay ale, you're drinking the best beer I've ever had and
I've had A LOT of beer in my time. Think Barney on 'The Simpsons.'

Enjoy your families and if you have kids, remember...SCHOOL STARTS

If you like Chimay I recommend New Belgium Brewery's (they make Fat Tire) AbbeyAle. I think it may be even better.

Happy Labor Day for american people!

Like muzzleflash, no 3 day holiday weekend for me in France either but good french wine. I stopped drinking beer when I got fat and fed up to go to pee like 20 times a day. Yeah I know, life is cruel sometimes :)

School started 2 weeks ago here.
Labor Day is a good stress reliever here. If you're not a beer fan (I am not) then give Grey Goose vodka a try. Imea, who knew the French made vodka? Makes a monster screwdriver.
