Guys:

Trying to write some stuff and watching the Monday Night Football pregame
and two things occur to me as I'm watching ESPN.

I can't stand Tony Kornheiser. He makes me want to punch an infant...that's
how much I can't stand him. Somebody in wardrobe obviously hates his guts
too because they had him rocking a Century 21 Blazer and a fishing hat. Add
trademark whining from a guy who looks like he's never held a ball in his life
and you have one of the worst choices to the MNF team since Dan Dierdorf.

They thought Jimmy Kimmel was a bad fit? REALLY?

One more gripe. A guy who might get on my nerves MORE than Kornheiser.

Steven A. Smith...who the f*ck is this idiot and where the f*ck did he come from?
He basically poached Stuart Scott's act, tried to mimic the mojo and be this brash,
outspoken analyst with street cred. What he couldn't glom was Stuart Scott's charm
and smarts, so he comes off like an obnoxious, loudmouthed douche know-it-all.
Everytime he's on, talking about the NBA. I just wince and wish somebody would
bang a gong and get him the hell off stage. Not good for the game....ANY game.

Ok. Don't know what brought this blast on....but there it is.

I've been saying that about Steven A. Smith for years. He just comes off so fake. With his whole I'm from the streets and let me preach to you act. I don't mind Korn on PTI but your right on with him on MNF. When he's in that booth blabbering you wish Jaws or Tirico would just go ape shit and start beating the crap out of him.

Disagree on both counts but I get what you're saying. Smith rubs most people the wrong way. Tony's pretty funny but I prefer Wilbon on PTI.

I agree. I always have these rants in my mind during Monday night football and other various espn shows. Kornheiser is a lot more sufferable on pti because Wilbon balances out his nonsense. Not only does Kornheiser not look like a football player, he doesn't even talk about football.
The weird thing about Steven A. Smith is that he has a role in I Think I Love My Wife and you can tell from that movie that everything he does on tv is a total act. So not only is he completely annoying and ear filling with simple points, but he's fake too. I am all about Kenny Mayne and Neil Everett. And Jaws seems to take his job seriously. I didn't know you made time for MNF Mr. Carnahan, good to hear.

This doesn't affect me because we don't get
Monday Night Football over here but I've got to say something, Joe.

I recently saw a picture of you wearing a Manchester United cap. Now what the f*ck is that about? Please tell me it was a gift and you didn't go out and buy it yourself. Any team but them!

Heck, just read that article above. Joe, you seriously need to do Pablo first, if for no other reason than those other two Pablo films are going to be sh*t and ruin the party for you.
